We normally fulfill orders within one week, however exceptions do occur.
If we anticipate any delays in shipment, you will be notified via email.
We offer flat rate shipping ($5.00) within the continental US and we normally ship via US Postal Service - Priority Mail (usually 1 to 3 days).
If you are outside of the continental US, require international shipping, or have other special needs, please contact us via E-mail at orders@inspiredwoods.com prior to placing your order and let us know.

We accept Credit Card payments and eChecks via PayPal, money orders, and cashiers checks.
If you use the shopping cart on our web site, this will automatically use the PayPal shopping cart.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We strive to provide you, our customer with the highest quality product possible.
We warrant each of products against all defects in workmanship and mechanical failures for a period of one year from date of purchase.
If you feel that you have one of our products in need of repair, please send it to us (well packaged).
We reserve the right to either repair or replace any defective product at our discretion.
We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and that you will receive many years of useful life from our products.

Packaging
Information:

When we ship you order out a number of things will come with the
package. First, there will be the items that you've ordered. Second,
we will enclosed a cards providing an overview of the wood, or woods,
that was purchased. Below you'll see an example of this:
On the opposite side of the card will be care
instructions for the item that you've ordered. Below please find an
example of this:
Then, if you ordered an item that uses one of the more
aromatic woods then we will also enclose a small plastic bag with some
wood shavings or chips in it so that you may be able to appreciate
this as well. See the picture below:
